A Distinctive Multidisciplinary Career

 

Earnest Diaz’s career represents an unusually broad convergence of

fashion, costume design, literature, music, cinema, and contemporary art.

His documented achievements include seven honorary Doctorates of Fine Arts,

award-recognized authorship and screenwriting, internationally exhibited visual art, original music

recognized by international festivals, and costume works represented by the Oz Museum.

A comparative review of documented multidisciplinary fashion careers has not identified another

fashion designer, living or deceased, whose documented career encompasses this same

combination of disciplines and distinctions.
